Under the direction of the Senior Deputy Director for Transportation and Infrastructure Planning, Joe assists in the division’s activities with regard to transportation planning, development review, transportation systems analysis, and the coordination of multi-modal transportation initiatives. He works with Federal, State and City agencies involved in such projects. Joe undertakes tasks related to neighborhood planning and zoning being carried out by the Division.
