Under direction of Deputy Director for Climate Change & Environmental Planning, John conducts project design and environmental review to ensure compliance with established urban design, planning, and environmental principles; he develops policy and programs in support of urban design, planning, and environomental goals; and, performs professional design, planning and administrative duties as required.  John also manages and supervises assigned urban design staff.
