Under direction of the Sr. Archiect/Urban Designer, Alexa conducts design review of small scale neighborhood projects that require BRA design review as part of compliance with the Boston zoning code and/or the  Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) zoning variance process, Neighborhood Design Overlay District (NDOD) process, and/or Neighborhood Design Review process; she conducts design review of signage in accordance with the Comprehensive Sign Review process.  Alexa prepares urban design studies and presentation material as required in graphic and written form.
