Ted is the project lead for planning initiatives in Glover’s Corner and Newmarket, and is the Neighborhood Planner for Dorchester (north of Park Street), Back Bay, Charlestown, and Beacon Hill.

Additionally, in concert with current planning objectives, Ted will research and prepare recommendations for the Zoning Board of Appeal and provide a planning perspective to the BPDA Development Review department on projects undergoing the Article 80 process. Ted will also engage the community, other constituencies, and public agency departments to solicit input and feedback for recommendations on the above referenced tasks.
